Calenberg OIL-EX with improved properties for a clean underground.

The OIL-EX absorption mat has repeatedly passed this year's test in accordance with DWA-A716, parts 1 and 9 as an ‘R’ ‘oil binding agent’ and is included in the list of tested oil binding agents.
The unique structure and the extremely robust and resistant elastomer materials represent a special form of oil binding agent for traffic areas.
In addition to the long-term application (usually 5-7 years), the absorption capacity of ≈ 10 litres / m², the weather and temperature-independent absorption effect and the short absorption time are particularly appreciated by our customers. Furthermore, absorbed media cannot be pressed out or flushed out as they are bound in the material matrix and cannot escape.
The optimised mat has an absorption layer made of PUR-bonded rubber fibres with a high proportion of recycled material. An impermeable PVC barrier layer on the underside prevents contamination of the substrate in the event of leaks of environmentally hazardous substances.
OIL-EX can be used on locomotive parking areas, but also in areas of machine, equipment and vehicle construction, e.g. for maintenance, repair and cleaning work.
