Construction project daycare center, Mering

A two-storey daycare centre for 75 kindergarten children and 48 crèche children at the 7-group facility on Mühlanger in Mering will be built at the beginning of 2024.

Construction project Günz-Donaupark

A large residential quarter has been under construction in Günz-Donaupark since autumn 2023. In the first construction phase is the focus on two construction sites directly north of the railway tracks.

In Straubing, Kreishandwerkerschaft (Craftsmen Association) residence is being built with 32 housing units, training and administration rooms as well as garage parking spaces for the next generation of craftsmen.

Requirement: The objective of this application is to isolate future residential buildings from vibrations caused by passing trains travelling through a subway. Ballast and concrete are also to be protected.
